QR code generator for Google Forms

Google Forms doesn’t generate a QR code for you directly. You take the form’s shareable link and turn it into a code here.

How do you get a QR code for a Google Form?

Copy the form’s shareable link, then paste it into a QR code generator. Open your form, click Send, copy the link from the link tab, and paste that URL into the tool below. The resulting code opens the form directly when scanned. No typing the address by hand.

Does it matter which link you use, the edit link or the response link?

Always use the shareable response link, never the editing link. The editing link opens the form for editing in the owner’s account; sharing that by QR code would let anyone who scans it change your form.

Higher error correction survives more damage or a logo overlay, at the cost of a denser code. M is a safe default for most uses.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.

See the full set of options on the QR code generator page.
